Phil Sidenberg, is a licensed real estate broker with over 45 years of dedicated real estate experience. He
possesses a vast wealth of knowledge, experience, and a true passion for the industry. His outstanding
reputation has been built on integrity, diligent service, superior negotiating skills, unequivocal business sense
and above and beyond client care. Phil has had a lifelong love for real estate which began at an early age of
21 (at which time he obtained his real estate license.)

From that young age, he has focused his energy on expanding his knowledge and cultivated his expertise
which encompasses residential resale, new home sales and marketing, residential development, sales
management and real estate promotional campaigning.

Phil has priceless experience built on over four decades in the real estate industry and is widely respected by
his colleagues and clients alike. This is further validated as the winner of the prestigious Elan Award
bestowed for the exceptional marketing and sales campaigns he develops for his clients. At present, his
focus on client representation is on the areas of residential real estate properties throughout greater Los
Angeles and Ventura counties.

A native of southern California, Phil is an area expert and during those years, raised his three children,
Jonathan, Melissa and Brian. He currently resides in Westlake Village.
